Effects of the Alkaline Ash Diet

You don’t have to completely give up all of your favorite foods, but you do need to find out just how many acid-forming foods you can eat without damaging your body.

Foods that are alkaline-producing include most fresh fruits and vegetables, some nuts and seeds, some whole grains, lentils, and pure water. The alkaline ash diet makes sense when you consider the history of our food production and why some health problems that are common in the West are rare or nonexistent in some other cultures. Take a close look at the benefits of a genuinely healthy diet, and get back the energy that excessive acid production has been stealing from you.
